It is hereby enacted in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Bombay Khadi and Village Industries (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1965. 2. Amendment Or Section 4 Or Bom. Xix Of 1960 :- In the Bombay Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1960 (Bom. XIX of 1960) (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 4, i n sub-sections (3) and (4), for the word "allowances" the word "emoluments" shall be and shall be deemed always to have been substituted. 3. Amendment Of Section 29 Of Bom. Xix Of 1960 :- In section 29 of the principal Act, in clause (a) of sub-section (2), for the word "allowances" the word "emoluments" shall be and shall be deemed always to have been substituted.
