Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) (Gujarat Second Amendment) Act, 1965. Lxvii Of 1958 :- In section 3 of the Bombay Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) Act, 1958 (Bom.
