Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- * Published in the Chhatisgarh Rajsthan (Asadharan) dated 22-8- 2013 Page 746(1). 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachana Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Schedule-I :- In serial number 1 of column (2) of Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachana Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 7 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "On land covered under coal and iron ore mining leases", the words "On land covered under coal, iron ore, lime stone, bauxite and dolomite mining leases" shall be substituted. 3. Amendment of Schedule-II :- In serial number 1 of column (2) of Schedule II of the Principal Act, for the words "On land covered under coal and iron ore mining leases", the words "On land covered under coal, iron ore, lime stone, bauxite and dolomite mining leases" shall be substituted.
