Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- * Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 31-5-2010 Page 314(1). 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty and Advertisement Tax (Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment Of Section 4-D :- In sub-section (1) of Section 4-D of the Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty and Advertisement Tax Act, 1936 (No. 30 of 1936), (hereafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "Excise Commissioner" the words "Commissioner of Revenue Division" shall be substituted. 3. Amendment In The Said Act :- In the Principal Act, wherever word "Cable" occur, in place of that words "Cable/D.T.H. (Direct to Home)" shall be substituted.
