Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- * Published in Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 8-8-2008 Page 452. 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (i) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Sanshodhan) Act, 2008. (ii) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment Of Section 66-A (1) :- In sub-section (1) of Section 66-A of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973), for the words "State Government" the words "Commissioner of Division" shall be substituted.
