Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- * Published in Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 6-5-2013 Pages 366(1) 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. 2. Amendment of Section 6-C :- In Section 6-C of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension, Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973), for the words Two Thousand Five Hundred" the words "Ten Thousand" shall be substituted.
