BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- For the Bill, see Orissa Gazette, Extraordinary dated the 8th October 1990 (No. 1296) 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Orissa Motor Vehicles Taxation (Second Amendment) Act, 1990. 2. Amendment Of Section 13 :- I n section 13 of the Orissa Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1975(Orissa Act 39 of 1975),- (i) in sub-section (1), for the word and figure "section 4", the words and figures "sections 4 and 4-A" and for the words "twice the quarterly tax", the words "twice the tax due" shall be substituted; and (ii) the Explanation appearing after sub-section (1-A) shall be deleted.
