Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments, Archaeological Sites And Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board (Amendment) Act, 2015 19 of 2015 [13 May 2015] AN ACT further to amend the Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board Act, 2013. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixty- sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement. :- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment in section 7 of Punjab Act 29 of 2013. :- I n the Punjab Ancient, Historical Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Cultural Heritage Maintenance Board Act, 2013, in section 7, for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) for the construction/creation of the buildings of State/National importance and repayment of loans raised for construction/creation of the buildings of State/National importance;".
