1. This petition is being put to disposal at its very inception stage as the intent of the petitioner in approaching this Court is to have a direction unto the
Family Court, Srinagar for expediting the maintenance proceedings in a matter pending before the said Court in which the petitioner herein as being
aggrieved wife is seeking maintenance.
2. Mr. M.Y. Bhat, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Danish Majeed, learned Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and very
fairly concedes that respondent has no issue with any direction from this Court meant for the Family Court, Srinagar for expediting the proceedings of
the case at whatever stage the same are at present position.
3. Thus, this petition is disposed of without prejudice to position of either of the parties qua subject matter of writ petition with a direction to the Court
of 4th Additional Sessions, Judge (Family Court), Srinagar to accord expeditious and productive hearing to the case.
4. The 4th Additional Sessions, Judge (Family Court), Srinagar shall submit quarterly status of the present case to the Hon’ble Administrative
Judge.
5. Disposed of.
