1. Shri A.K. Shukla and Shri Santosh Pandey, counsels for the applicant are present.

Shri Shree Prakash Rai and Shri Praveen Shukla, counsel for the respondents is present.

2. It is submitted by the respondents’ counsel that the O.A. becomes infructuous. The applicant’s counsel also submitted that in compliance of

the interim order, he was appeared in the examination held on 14.11.2021. In this O.A., only relief was sought to permit the applicant to appear in the

examination held on 14.11.2021.

3. Therefore, in the aforesaid situation, when the applicant already appeared in the aforesaid examination, no further relief remains in this case. As per

applicant, he has already filed another O.A. No. 273/2022, therefore, further points will be considered in the other O.A.

4. In view of the above, O.A. No. 930/2021 is dismissed as having become infructuous. All the pending MAs will be treated as disposed of.
