1. Applicant Paramjit Singh is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 221 of 2023, under Section 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 5 and 6 of the

Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Transit Camp, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his

release on bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. The victim a young girl of 17 years was found missing from her house. Subsequently, she was recovered from the possession of the applicant, who

at the time of his apprehension revealed that he was in love with the victim for the last three years since then and they also solemnized the marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant and the victim both were in relationship. They are married. Their marriage was

solemnized on 30.07.2023. Reference has been made to the statement recorded during trial.

5. These facts are admitted by learned State counsel.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be

enlarged on bail.

7. The bail application is allowed.

8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the

satisfaction of the court concerned.
