1. On 20.02.2024 the Advocate on record was not present for the petitioners. Mr. Mohan Sharma, learned counsel and Mr. Bhaichung Bhutia, learned
counsel appeared on his behalf. On the request of this Court Mr. Mohan Sharma, learned counsel argued the matter and the matter was kept part
heard. However, it has been informed now that he has been engaged as a Government Counsel. Accordingly, he would not want to argue this matter
any further. Today the Advocate on record as well as Ms. Laxmi Chakraborty, learned counsel instructed by him appears before this Court. Ms.
Laxmi Chakraborty, learned counsel has been instructed by the Advocate on record to lead him.
2. In view of the submission made by Mr. Mohan Sharma, learned counsel his name is struck out from the Order dated 20.02.2024 and the matter
released from part heard.
3. List this matter on 19.03.2024 on which date the learned counsel are requested to be present to argue the matter.
