1. This intra-court appeal under Section 2(1) of Madhya Pradesh Uccha Nayalaya (Khand Nyayapeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005, is directed against the order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.7420 of 2024 by the learned Single Judge.
2. Having perused the impugned order, we are of the considered opinion that the findings recorded by the learned Single Judge are based on facts available on record; therefore, impeccable and the conclusion has been drawn after applying the correct principles of law.
3. Consequently, no indulgence is warranted in the instant intra-court appeal.
4. Appeal being sans merits is hereby dismissed.
