1. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing the suspension letter issued by the order of the Vice-

Chancellor, Kolhan University, Chaibasa (Annexure-4 to the instant writ application) by which the petitioner was suspended from 03.02.2024.

2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the parties that the departmental proceeding has already been initiated.

3. Mr. Shivam Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received relevant documents so he is unable to participate in the

departmental proceeding.

4. Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that the moment he will go, he will receive the entire documents

and there is no hinderance in getting any document however the departmental proceeding should not be interfered by this Court at this stage.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and also looking to the prayer wherein suspension order has been

challenged, this Court refrains from interfering with the suspension order at this stage inasmuch as the departmental proceeding has already

commenced.

6. Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University assures that the departmental proceeding will be concluded

within a period of six months.

7. As such, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent-University to give all the documents if not supplied to the

petitioner and pay the subsistence allowance as per the rules to the petitioner during the period of suspension and also conclude the departmental

proceeding as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.

8. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
