1. Shri Sunil, holding brief of Shri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the
respondents, are present.
2. The instant contempt petition vide no. 86 of 2024 was filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed
by this Tribunal in Original Application No. 932 of 2023.
3. At the outset, Shri Sunil, holding brief of Shri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial compliance of the order
of the Tribunal has been made and therefore the proceedings of the instant contempt petition may be closed.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the above submission of Shri Sunil.
5. Accordingly, in view of the statement given by Shri Sunil, holding brief of Shri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners that full and
substantial compliance of the directions given in the judgment dated 02.11.2023 has been made by the respondents, the proceedings of the instant
contempt petition are closed and notices are discharged.
6. All associated MAs stand disposed of accordingly.
