1, Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.630 of 2023, under Sections 342, 395, 412, 504, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station- Kashipur, District-

Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail.

4. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.

5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

6. The bail application is allowed.

7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the

satisfaction of the court concerned.
