1. Learned counsel for appellant files a memo seeking withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file RPFC. The memo reads thus:
“The undersigned hereby submits & prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the Appellant to withdraw the above appeal
with a liberty to file R.P.F.C. & order to Return the documents in the interest of justice.â€
2. In view of the memo, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
3. Registry is directed to return the documents to the learned counsel for appellant.
