1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the First Information Report No.0506 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, under Sections 313, 323,

324, 354, 376 & 506 IPC and under Section 9 & 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 lodged with Police Station

Rishikesh, District Dehradun.

3. Petitioner appearing in-person submits that the allegations leveled against him are totally false and have been imputed against him for the reason

that the petitioner used to raise public causes.

4. From perusal of the first information report, it is reflected that serious allegations have been imputed against the petitioner and bare perusal of the

FIR, a cognizable offence is prima facie made out against the petitioner.

5. I have considered the submissions made by petitioner in-person, but this Court is not a fact finding Court and the veracity of the statement made in

the first information report can only be examined by the investigating agency after collecting proper evidence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to

interfere with the first information report. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
