The conduct of the respondent is not appreciated as the respondent inspite of notice failed to appear before the learned Mediator.

On the assurance of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the respondent would appear before the Mediator and all endeavour would be made for amiable settlement, the mediation proceedings revived.

The learned Mediator is requested to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel for the parties and the parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on each and every date of mediation and cooperate with the learned Mediator towards amicable settlement.

The matter stands adjourned till 03.12.2025.

This order shall be immediately communicated to the learned Mediator for information by the Registry.

Service of notice upon the learned Advocates for the parties shall be deemed to be service of notice upon the parties. Any party inspite of notice, if failed to appear before the learned Mediator may have to bear the cost of the proceeding.
