1. I.A No. 217/2024 has been filed by the applicant for preponing the date of hearing of OA No. 485/2024.
2. OA No. 485/2024 was listed for consideration on 26.04.2024 when it was adjourned, since the applicant had not given the particulars of the respondents in the original application.
3. Applicant present in person submits that the memo of parties with full particulars of the parties have been filed on 30.04.2024. The plea in I.A No. 217/2024 is that the early hearing of the OA is necessary to protect the environment.
4. On due consideration I.A No. 217/2024 is allowed and the date of hearing of OA No. 485/2024 is pre-poned to 30.07.2024.
