1. The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following relief:-

(a) Direct the Respondent No. 1 to transfer the applicant from Kanchranpara, West Bengal to Delhi/NCR on spouse ground in terms of transfer policy and DOPT Circular Issues in this behalf.

b) Direct the respondent to transfer the applicant in any one of the stations in Delhi/NCR zone as per choices places given by her in her application representation.”

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is requesting for a posting in Delhi area on the basis of KVS Transfer Policy dated 30.06.2023 and DOP&T's OM dated 24.11.2022. She further states that the applicant had submitted a representation on 25.10.2023 followed by a reminder on 14.12.2023 and another representation on 20.03.2024, but none of these has been replied to by the respondents.

3. She pleads for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the aforesaid representations by passing a speaking order within a limited time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents is also present.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is felt that the present OA may be disposed of by giving a direction to the respondents to dispose of the aforementioned pending representations of the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order. A copy of the speaking order so passed, be given to the applicant. It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the case.

6. The OA is disposed of in the aforementioned terms.

7. No order as to costs.

8. Order dasti.
