Bench stands transferred to AFT, RB, Lucknow.
Registry to ensure that the entire records of OA 33/2020, in original, are remitted to the transferee Bench (AFT, RB, Lucknow).Â
After receipt of the records, the Registrar of the RB, Lucknow, is directed to list the OA before the appropriate Bench.
AT 30/2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
