1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The petitioner is assailing the letters dated 28.06.2023 at Sl.No.889 with regard to location, Malkhed village to Tengli Cross SH-10 (Annexures-F, F1 and F2) inter alia sought for direction to the respondent authorities to accept the PAN Card to be submitted by the petitioner in view of mismatching of PAN Card details furnished by the petitioner.

3. I have taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the brochure produced by the learned counsel for the respondents herein. Sl.No.23 of the Brochure provides for list of Non-rectifiable Deficiencies in the applications which provides for rectification of mismatching and incorrect details of PAN Card.

4. Taking into account the selection process to be made by the respondent authorities and Sl.No.23 of the Brochure, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition (see (2020)3 SCC 108).

5. However, in view of the submission made by Sri.Satishkumar Gadkar, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation that the respondent-Corporation will do the fresh selection process today, it is open for the petitioner to participate in the said selection process. In the event the petitioner participates in the selection process to be done today, the respondent-Corporation shall permit the petitioner to furnish rectified PAN Card to enable the respondent-Corporation to take decision in the matter.

6. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
