1. The present petition has been filed seeking writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to announce the result of the election held to respondent No.4 - Bank.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that insofar as respondent No.4 - Bank is concerned, this Court in R.P.No. 82/2024 has directed announcing of result forthwith. It is further submitted upon instructions that result would be announced with respect to the election held to respondent No.4 - Bank on 24.04.2024 at 1.00 p.m. In light of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed.
3. Accordingly, taking note of the stand of the learned Additional Government Advocate upon instructions, the present petition is disposed off.
