1. The petitioner is currently under investigation for offenses punishable under Sections 85, 351, and 352, read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. It is submitted that, at the behest of the 1st respondent, a Look Out Circular (LOC) has been issued against the petitioner. The petitioner has obtained transit anticipatory bail from this Court in Crl.P.No.9084/2024, by an order dated 05.09.2024, subject to the execution of a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/-. The petitioner was granted bail for a limited period of three weeks to enable him to apply for anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Sessions Court.

3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking quashing of the Look Out Circular issued by the 1st respondent.

4. The petitioner has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that, due to the issuance of the Look Out Circular, he is unable to travel to the United States to resume his duties as a full-time employee at an IT company. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the investigation conducted by the 1st respondent and seeks permission to leave the country with the 1st respondent's approval.

5. The affidavit is taken on record. The petitioner is directed to appear before the 1st respondent and fully cooperate in the investigation of Crime No.121/2024. Upon the petitioner’s cooperation, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s request to leave the country.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Judicial Magistrate and seek appropriate orders for his release on bail, in light of the liberty granted in Crl.P.No.9084/2024.

7. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
