Dev Kant Trivedi, J.@mdashHeard the learned Counsel for the accused-applicants Jai Karan Singh and Shubhkaran Singh and the learned A.G.A. on this application for bail moved in Case Crime No. 15 of 1998 registered at P.S. Phool-Behad, distt. Kheri u/s 2/3, U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act.

2. Only two cases are shown against the accused-applicants who are real brothers, one u/s 307, I.P.C. and other u/s 302, I.P.C. Report was lodged by Jai Pal Singh who himself is being proceeded against under U.P. Control of Goondas Act. 1970. As many as eleven cases are mentioned against complainant Jaipal in Annexure-3, the notice u/s 3 of U.P. Goonda Act.

3. Looking into the Gang Chart and the antecedents of the complaint of the two cases in which the accused-applicants are on bail it appears just and expedient to grant bail to the accused-applicants. Hence the application for bail is allowed.

4. Let the accused-applicants be released on bail on their furnishing two sureties and a personal bond each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Gangsters Act, concerned.
