This first application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail.
The applicant has been arrested on 06/10/2021 in connection with Crime No.144/2021 registered at Police Station Gijorra, District Gwalior for offence
under Sections 302, 327, 294, 323, 324, 506, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC.
After arguing the matter at length, the counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
