High Court. The same is enclosed as a Memorandum of Settlement dated 12.7.2011. The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has disposed of the matter in

view of the Memorandum of Settlement arrived at between the parties. It is seen from the terms of the Agreement that the parties have agreed to

withdraw the matter in view of the Memorandum of Settlement. Hence this Rectification Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
