Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far as B.P. No. 539 of 2021 is concerned, petitioner shall file affidavit of service of notice upon

respondent. Further time to file reply on or before the next date of hearing. We, therefore give further time to the respondent to file a reply on or

before the next date of hearing.Â

So far as B.P. No. 540 of 2021 is concerned, the owner as per party in person is seeking time to file reply. Time as prayed for is granted. The

reply shall be filed on or before the next date of hearing.

So far as B.P. No. 543 and 545 of 2021 are concerned, despite the notice issued by this Tribunal and the same has been served upon respondent,

nobody appears for the respondent. With a view to give one more chance to the respondent they are permitted to file their reply on or before next

date of hearing.

So far as B.P. No. 546 of 2021 is concerned, filed by the respondent and the counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to file rejoinder.Â

Time, as prayed for, is granted. The same may be filed on or before the next date of hearing.

These matters are adjourned to 21.4.2022.     Â
