1. Counsel appearing for the respondent seeks time to make the payment of the dues in instalments in the months of November, December and January.
2. It is further submitted by counsel for the respondent that let this matter be adjourned for a week so that an affidavit may be filed by one of the Directors of the respondent stating categorically the date on which the payment will be made and the actual amount as on that date to be paid to the petitioner.
3. Hence, this matter is adjourned to 31.10.2023.
