Judgement Text

Translate:

1. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is present.

2. Mr Debojyoti Bhattacharya, claiming himself to be with instruction of Respondent No. 1, for filing Vakalatnama, is present. It was vehemently opposed with this contention that in previous too, there had been appearance of this Counsel himself, and he absented himself because of need of Vakalatnama in his favour. It is not sure whether he will further appear on the next date. Whereas, Bailable Warrant were issued through Police and this deliberate avoidance is there.

3. Time for filing reply was given. Service is very well there. No reply as yet has been filed. No power is there. Hence, there remains nothing, except to proceed ex-parte against Respondent No. 1. Proceeded ex-parte against Respondent No. 1. Respondent No. 2 is present.

4.  List the matter on 20.05.2024 “for further hearing”.
