1. This petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.16,54,029/- from the respondent no.1.
2. We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent no.1.
3. We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued notice to concerned police station upon the respondent no.1. through Saanjh Kendra Patiala Police Station, Address: 4094, Phase II Main Rd, Urban Estate Phase II, Urban Estate, Patiala, Falauli, Punjab 147002.
4. The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent no.1.
5. We, therefore, request Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala Senior Supdt. of Police Office, Patiala. B-Block, Mini Secretariat, Patiala. Phone: +91 0175-2311113 Fax: +91 0175-2311116 Email: ssp.ptl.police@punjab.gov.in, that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 21.2.2024 be served upon the respondent no.1. through the aforesaid Police Station.
