3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

4. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.72 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairakhol arising out of Charmal P.S. Case No.90 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 395/120-B of IPC.

5. Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairakhol by order dated

21. 11.2023 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

6. It is stated by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2022 and there is no progress in trial.

7. Taking note of the same, Registry is requested to call for a report from the learned Court in seisin regarding the stage of trial.
