1. The petitioner has been working continuously as TGT (Non-Medical) at Government High School Kharota, since 22.08.2016. Thus, he has

completed his normal tenure of service and was liable to be transferred as has now been effected vide order dated 06.06.2020. The mere fact that

such transfer has been preempted or prompted by the D.O. Note gives no cause of action to the petitioner to assail his transfer order.

2. Consequently, there is no merit in the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to

approach the respondents for redressal of his grievance, if so advised. The parties are left to bear their own costs. Pending application(s), if any, shall

also stand disposed of.

The parties shall not insist upon for obtaining certified copy of this order and shall download the same from the website of the High Court. However,

the Registry is directed to send copy of this order to learned counsel for the parties through email subject to their furnishing email address, if so

required.
