K. Raviraja Pandian, J.@mdashThis petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Naseer Abdullah, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:

2. There will be an interim injunction restraining the respondents from imposing a duty of excise or demanding reversal of credit in terms of Rule 57AB(lb) inserted by Notification No. 27/2000-CE(NT) dated 31.3.2000 and Rule 57AB(1C) inserted by Notification No. 6/01 dated 1.3.2001 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 or in any manner interfering with the petitioner company''s removal of their input raw material, or their manufactured "products, in so far as the petitioner company is concerned. Notice to the respondents returnable by 4 weeks.
