1. The Writ Petition is filed challenging Ext.P21 order by which the petitioner has been disqualified from participating in future tenders quoted by the

Corporation for a period of 18 months from the date of this order. Asper Ext.P21 order itself, it was stated that an appeal would lie against the said

order before the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep Administration.

2. The petitioner has produced Ext.P27 appeal submitted before the Administrator along with I.A.No.1/2020. It is also pointed out that the tenders

have been invited as per Ext.P25 and P26, the last date for submission of which are on 03.12.2020 and 09.12.2020 respectively.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Administrator-cum-Chairman of Lakshadweep Development Corporation to consider Ext.P21

and pass orders on the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of six weeks. In the

meanwhile, the petitioner shall be permitted to submit it's tenders pursuant to Ext.P25 and P26 tender process provisionally and in future tenders, if

any, would be issued pending disposal of the appeal and subject to the result of the appeal. The respondent shall take appropriate steps to enable the

petitioner to upload the relevant documents and the tender in the portal.
