2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents had submitted that since, the Masi Podappu Festival had already been conducted; the writ petition has become in fructuous. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
