Pontifex, J.@mdashThis Court doth declare that the estate and effects to which the said Sreematty Joymoney Dossee, deceased, had, during her life, been entitled for the estate of a. Hindu daughter, became and were on her death in the hands of her representatives trust property, in respect of which no duty was or is payable under the provisions of the Court Fees Act by the persons entitled to administer to her, the said deceased''s, estate and effects. 1The rule referred to is in the following terms:--"That representatives of the estates of deceased persons are ordinarily required, in the first instances, to establish title through a competent Court before they can be recognized by the Loan Department, either by probate or letters of administration obtained through the Supreme Court, if the estate be under its jurisdiction; or if otherwise, by a certificate of administration under Act XXVII of 1860.
