1. Mr. A. Moulik, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that, as desired, he has preferred three separate writ petitions which however, are in defect. He seeks 15 days time to cure the defects. 15 days time as desired by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners is granted to cure the defects.
2. In view of the same, he desires to withdraw the present Writ Petition (C) No 08 of 2023. Not objected by the learned counsel for the respondents. Permitted.
3. The Writ Petition (C) No 08 of 2023 stands disposed as withdrawn.
