2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties to the lis.

3. Vide order dated 25.07.2011, this Court passed the following order:

Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner refers to (IV) at page 16 that during the period the Petitioner remained posted as B.D.O. at Maheshpur and that as per the Audit Report that only Rs. 2000/- has been shown less in balance.

Issue notice.

In case the Petitioner is arrested he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court.

4. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and also after going through the records of the case, we are of the opinion that the order dated 25.07.2011 be made absolute and is made absolute. Appeal disposed of accordingly.

Ordered accordingly.
