1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Dhriti Dhairya, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

3. Petitioner is an accused in a case under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 30.06.2023, Informant was waylaid by six persons near Barukande, Bundu Road. Dacoits took away scooty, Rs. 2,12,756/- and other articles from him.

4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused persons.

5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the bail application of co-accused Karan Kumar Yadav from whom looted scooty and cash of Rs. 10,500/- was recovered, was rejected by this court earlier.

6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on record, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Dhriti Dhairya, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023.
