1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has is that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has till date not been decided by the

respondents inspite of more than 9 years having been passed from the date of death of the deceased employee.

2. According to the petitioner, her Husband died in harness on 21.03.2011 and the petitioner thereafter made an application on 21.04.2011 but till date

the said application has not been finalized by the respondent authorities.

3. Given the aforesaid limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondents No.2 to 4 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner

for compassionate appointment in accordance with rules, regulations and scheme of compassionate appointment governing the field at the earliest

preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
