2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she was transferred by order dated 21.08.2019 from Government Higher Secondary School, Gobripat,
Block Kota to Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Sakri, District Bilaspur, however, she has not been allowed to join by the principal of
Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Sakri on the ground that the joining letter needs endorsement from respondent No.4, who is the principal
of Government Higher Secondary School, Gobripat, Block Kota. The petitioner prays that she may be allowed to join at her transferred place of
posting.
3. Learned State counsel would submit that the transfer order itself contains that after 15 days of the date of transfer, she would be held to be relieved
from the earlier place of posting.
4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the transfer order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure P-1), respondent No.4 is directed to allow the
petitioner to join her place of posting subject to just exception or any legal restraint within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy
of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
