P. Sam Koshy, J
1. The limited relief that petitioner has sought for is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 to take appropriate decision on the mutation
proceedings initiated by the petitioners.
2. State counsel submits that respondent No.4 has already taken steps for concluding the mutation proceedings.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.4 is
directed to ensure that the mutation proceedings are proceeded and concluded at the earliest within a period of six months from the date of receipt of
copy of this order. It is expected that respondent No.4 while taking a decision on the mutation proceedings initiated by the petitioner would keep in
mind the orders passed by superior authorities/Courts in respect of said property, particularly the order passed by Board of Revenue, Bilaspur dated
26.11.2010. Unless, the same is modified or set aside by the higher authority or Court.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
