2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has retired on 30.11.2017, however, the retiral dues have not been paid
without any reason.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has occupied the accommodation of the respondent probably that may be the
reason as some dispute may be pending.
4. In response to that the petitioner contends that the respondent has a remedy to get the house vacated under the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971.
5. Be that as it may, it is not in dispute that the petitioner has retired in the year 2017. It is also prayed that the petitioner has made a representation
which may be directed to be decided.
6. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that the representation, if any made by the petitioner shall be decided by the
respondent authorities within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
