1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 21.08.2019 the services of the petitioner has been transferred from the Government

Mahamaya College, Ratanpur, District Bilaspur to Government College Silauti, District Dhamtari.

3. It is contended that the transferred place is at more than 250 KM away and the petitioner is an unmarried lady of 56 years. It is further contended

that the petitioner has to look after her 80 years mother. It is further contended that no one has been posted in place of the petitioner till date,

therefore, the transfer order may be canceled.

4. Considering the facts of this case, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation in this regard before respondent No.1 within a period of

three weeks from today and the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the

representation.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
