2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in
correction with Crime No.34/2016, registered at Police Station Bango District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376, 506(B)
of IPC.
3. Having seen the papers, it is not possible for this Court to take any different view in the matter at this stage.
4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. The trial Court shall do well to dispose of the trial at the earliest.
