1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his claim for being sent on deputation as per advertisement issued on 24.03.2018 on
the post of Deputy Director.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, this court is of the opinion that the present petition is too premature for this court to entertain the same
at this juncture. The petitioner has applied for the said post as per the advertisement. The selection process is yet to be finalized. The petitioner seems
to be aggrieved by the score card prepared by the respondents which may not be subjected to a judicial review now unless the results are declared.
3. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to move before the authorities by way of a representation and expecting the respondents to
consider the objection and contentions of the petitioner which he has raised in his representation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
