1. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has participated in the recruitment process for filling up of the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) at Zila

Panchayat, Baloda Bazar. The petitioner's name appears in the waiting list and that the persons ahead of the petitioner in the wait list have been

considered for appointment. There are still vacancy available from the said recruitment process on account of selected candidates not joining the post,

and therefore, the petitioner may also be considered for appointment. The petitioner in this regard has made a representation before the respondent

authorities but the same has not been decided till date.

2. Given the limited contentions of the petitioner, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further. Rather ends of justice would serve

if the respondents No.2&3 are directed to take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has made. It is ordered accordingly.

3. In addition to the earlier representation, the petitioner is also at liberty to move fresh representation to either of the respondents. On such

representation being made, the respondents shall take a decision within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of representation.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
