1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Central Government has remanded the matter to the State Government for reconsideration by its
order dated 09.01.2017 but till date the State Government has not taken any decision.
2. Per contra, learned State counsel would submit that petitioner's case will be considered as directed by the Central Government, expeditiously.
4. Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, after hearing the
affected parties.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
